I am sure I have high expectations about the game. I was wondering if cars will include decorations such as chrome in the 1950's or brass in the 1900's. I was also wondering if there will be an option to have two color cars (Ex: 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air).

Yup, such things are planned. The framework for everything except "painting" accessories is there. The artist is just a little slow!
 Currently he's cleaning up the missing late vehicles that our other sub-contractors missed. Then he's back to doing nothing but accessories.
